Lil’ Iguana Hosts Another Fantastic Family Fun Day

Lil’ Iguana is happy to report an amazingly successful day of family fun was had on Saturday

We were so pleased to see another big turnout of families come to our Family Fun Day this year. \”Since 1999, our goal has been to make this a low-cost and widely-accessible experience for all families. Nashua South High School hosted our Family Fun Day again and the growth has been incredible.

This time around we saw over 3,000 of you come in and see what Family Fun Day has to offer. That is an astounding number of people and really pumps us up to deliver even more fun.

Your kids bounced around, met princess characters, hung out with a macaw, got crafty, watched amazing feats and danced their little hearts out. They did all that and so much more, and that is the kind of fun we like to see happen.

A few years ago we started organizing two Family Fun Days each year instead of one due to high demand. Each time we find new activities, vendors and sponsors who add a little something new each time. The many businesses and organizations who join us at each event really make it special and we appreciate their participation.

We are so grateful to our excellent sponsors who help us make this day a reality. A huge thank you goes to Well Sense Health Plan of NH, Fidelity Investments/UNIQUE College Investing Plan, SafetySnapp, Jump Around NH, Collins Dentistry for Children, Allen Mello Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Coffee News, Zevia, Oakhurst, Main Street Chiropractic, Shorty’s Mexican Roadhouse, Boogie Wipes, Party Palace, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Target for their generosity.

Also, a big thank you goes out to all of the volunteers who help keep Family Fun Day running. That includes Nashua High School North & South National Honor Society volunteers and YMCA Young Leaders.
