Today is Safer Internet Day! This holiday began in 2004 by InSafe (a European network of Awareness Centres promoting safer and better usage of Internet). It spread from Europe and became a worldwide initiative. In 2012, it would gain official recognition in the United States with a joint agreement between the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the European Commission. Today, this holiday is celebrated in over 100 different countries. Join our organization in taking the pledge to helping making the Internet a safer place for our little ones.
