INGREDIENTS
- Coconut oil for greasing the pan
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 :
First, use either a non-sick loaf pan or light grease your pan. Preheat the oven to 325F. In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients: almond flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Step 2 :
In a small bowl, combine wet ingredients: oil, vanilla, sugar, and eggs.
