This healthy snack is an easy and tasty option for you and your child to make together. INGREDIENTS
Red Pepper
Yellow Pepper
Green Pepper
Celery
Plain Cream Cheese
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 :
Wash the red, yellow, and green peppers. Carefully slice off the top of the peppers and clean out seeds.
Step 2 :
Wash celery stalks and cut into 3-inch to 4-inch pieces.
Step 3 :
Slice peppers into four pieces and place flat on a cutting board. Use a cookie cutter to punch out circles from the pepper slices.
Step 4 :
Or use a stencil tool and a knife to carefully cut out circles.
Step 5 :
Place celery sticks on plate and spread cream cheese in the middle of the sticks.
Step 6 :
Place red, yellow, and green pepper circles in a row on the celery stick just like a stop light.
